Day 2

Today was our first internship day. We were picked up at 8.45 by a women called Lindsey. She is 22 years old and works for travel organisations. She explained to us that she has to go to different hotels and she has to give a welcome - talk to the people who have just arrived in Portugal. So we went to quit some hotels, which were beautifull hotels with very big and cool swimmingpools. We have seen Lindsey doing her talk and reacting in different ways to different people, still managing to sell tours. These tour operators work in association with the travel organisaton where Lindsey works. She has to try to sell as many tours as she can, because she get paid for it. We have been travelling a lot and seen a lot. By half past two we were   dropped on the strip. The strip is a road with clubs and restaurants on both sides, so we had lunch at an indian restaurant. It was delicious. Then took a cab to the algarv shopping centre, this was 10  minutes driving away from our appartment. When we arrived there , we started shopping and all the shops were so nice that we forgot the time. Six ours later we realised we were hungry and we had walked too  much in one go... After dinner we went home and tried to sleep.
